Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Almaril Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating quantandreas (“quantandreas,” “we,” “us,” “our”), handles personal information when you visit this site, request a free resource, buy a product, or contact us. We are the controller of the information described here.

01

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, information created when you buy something, and a small amount collected automatically.

ContactThe email address you enter to receive a free resource, to buy a product, or to join a waitlist, and whether you opted in to occasional emails about new tools and guides.
Purchase and deliveryWhat you bought, when, the order reference, delivery and download status, and records of any resend or support action taken on your order.
PaymentBilling details are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the last four digits and card brand for support purposes. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
Indicator accessTo redeem the Auto Levels Indicator you follow a link to Plain Street, also operated by Almaril Tech LLC, and provide your TradingView username there so it can be added to the invite-only access list. That step is covered by the Plain Street Privacy Policy.
PS-F1 strategyThe PS-F1 strategy featured on this site is offered directly by Plain Street at plainstreet.co. Following that link takes you off this site, and anything you submit there — such as a sign-up or purchase — is processed by Plain Street under the Plain Street Privacy Policy; this site receives none of it.
SupportEmails and messages you send us, and anything you choose to include in them, such as screenshots or settings.
TechnicalIP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and server logs, collected automatically when you use the site.

What we never collect. We do not request, store, or have access to your brokerage or prop-firm login credentials or API keys. We never have custody of your funds or withdrawal access to any account. We do not receive your positions, orders, fills, or balances — our tools run on your own charts, and any automation you configure runs between your own accounts and the third parties you choose.

02

How we use it

We use personal information for the purposes below. Where laws such as the EU/UK GDPR apply, the legal basis for each purpose is shown in parentheses.

  • To deliver the product or free resource you requested, and to grant and manage access to it (performance of a contract).
  • To process payments and issue receipts through our payment provider (performance of a contract; legal obligation).
  • To provide support and answer your messages (performance of a contract; legitimate interests).
  • To send service messages such as delivery confirmations, download links, and important updates about a product you obtained or about these terms (performance of a contract; legitimate interests).
  • To send occasional emails about new tools and guides, if you opted in, from which you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email (consent, or legitimate interests where permitted).
  • To maintain security and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized redistribution of our products (legitimate interests).
  • To improve the site and our products (legitimate interests).
  • To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, respond to payment disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations (legal obligation; legitimate interests).

We do not process your personal information for other purposes without your consent.

03

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

PaymentsStripe, to take payment securely and issue receipts.
HostingVercel, to serve this site.
EmailResend, to send delivery, support, and — where permitted — marketing messages.
Indicator accessPlain Street, also operated by Almaril Tech LLC, which administers invite-only access, and TradingView, whose platform hosts the invite-only scripts. Your use of TradingView itself is governed by TradingView’s own privacy policy.
Advisers and authoritiesAccountants, lawyers, payment networks, and public authorities, where required by law, to enforce our terms, to respond to payment disputes, or to protect rights and safety.

These providers are bound by contract to use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

04

No data monetization

We sell software and educational material, not data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information; we do not use it for advertising; we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising; and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. We have not sold or shared personal information, as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, in the preceding twelve (12) months.

05

Cookies, analytics, and tracking signals

We run no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or social-media pixel, and no third-party tracking script. We are describing what we actually do today rather than reserving the right to do more later — if that changes, this Policy will be updated first, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.

We do not store anything non-essential on your device, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner: there is no non-essential storage to consent to. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Because no uniform standard for Do-Not-Track signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. Since we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of through preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

06

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information primarily in the United States. If you use this site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or elsewhere, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for providers certified under it, and Standard Contractual Clauses.

07

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver what you asked for and to support you afterwards. After that, we retain certain records for as long as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes — typically up to seven years for order and tax records — and then delete or anonymize them. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not email you again.

08

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. To make a request, email support@quantandreas.com. We will need to verify your identity first — we use the information you provide in a request only for verification, security, and fraud prevention — and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (within one month for GDPR requests).

EEA, UK, and Switzerland. You have the right to access your personal information; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing, which you may object to at any time; to receive a copy in a portable format; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out beforehand. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

California and other U.S. states. You may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to access and correct it, to request deletion, to receive a copy, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no opt-out is required for those activities. You may use an authorized agent, and we may require proof of their authorization. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing us; if the appeal is denied, you may complain to your state attorney general.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email. We may still send you messages necessary to deliver or support a product you obtained.

10

Children

Our site and products are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or on this site before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
